Dr. Heather Chowaniec Brummett
DPT, PT, CMPT, CSCS, NCPT, CertDN

Hi, I'm Dr. Heather Brummett,

A Doctor of Physical Therapy that specializes in Dance Medicine.  For the past 20 years, I have taught dance studio owners and dance teachers how to implement dance injury prevention strategies to eliminate recurring muscle and joint issues.

As a past competitive top award dancer, I know the demands that are placed on the dancer's body.  I also know that dance teachers are not just training dancers, they are training athletes...

...so, it's essential that dance teachers are trained in basic anatomy, injury prevention, and overall how to best teach flexibility and strength.

Technique is critical, however there is much more than only technique that needs to be considered and taught.

The BDM Dance Instructor's Inner Circle is made up of on-line courses, live calls, group virtual calls, handouts, workshops and more. The Inner circle is meant to help guide you thru this journey in dance injury prevention now and throughout the year.

You are a leader as a dance teacher and ultimately your dancers, and education about dance injury prevention needs to be on the top of your list asap to share with your teachers.

Parents are counting on you to keep their children safe.

There are many rehearsals and competitions coming up that lead to the increased demand on the muscles and joints of the dancer.

One of the many jobs of a dance teacher is to keep dancers as healthy and safe as possible.

As a dance teacher, you might not have had the training in dance injury prevention and this is where you can step up and make a bigger difference in your skill level and your overall teaching ability.

The information in the BDM Dance Instructor's Inner Circle is easy to follow with short clips of info and handouts that are aimed for you to implement right away.

You'll learn what your dancers need to do to be stronger, more flexible, and healthy and prevent injuries, sitting out, or quitting altogether.

If you're ready for this, it's because you are pro-active, want the best for your dancers, and are really tired of having dancers with pain or injury.

Without this training, you might unfortunately continue to have dancer's in pain or with injuries, or even cause unnecessary surgeries in their future...

With membership in the Inner Circle, you will have the upper edge, new content to teach, a richer way of thinking of movement, and overall have the awareness that can help eliminate pain and symptoms, while enhancing the overall performance of each of your dancers.

The offer that includes all of the above may come down or change at any moment, so take advantage now to secure all the awesome benefits of the BDM Dance Instructor's Inner Circle.

...especially with classes, competitions/conventions, performances, and recitals coming up!!)

For Your Dancer's Health and Success,

Dr. Heather
